*Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. students, as well as post-doc and research fellows. To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure). **The accompanying person should not register through the website, but they should contact the organisers (sica.2022@agr.unipi.it) and the secretary (stefania.lazzeri@unipi.it or sara.cattani@unipi.it) for instructions. ***Agronomists are warmly welcome! Therefore, we have foreseen a 100-euro registration fee per day (social dinner excluded) for those who want to participate in the congress to get formative credits. The day(s) they intend to attend the congress must be communicated to the organisers via email after registration. All prices are VAT included. Ph.D. students, postdocs are VAT exempt (art. 10 DPR 633/72).

The registration fee entitles participants to:

• access to the 3-day congress
• participant's kit
• meals and coffee breaks at the Congress venue

Deadline for early bird registration is 10 June 2022. Early and standard fees can be paid exclusively through one of the following two methods:

• For public entities
  Employees of public bodies can only register by sending an order form to scienzeagrarie@pec.unipi.it, and payment must be made ON RECEIPT of the electronic invoice. The bank details will be visible in the mySICA reserved area.
• For private entities and persons (not employees of public entities)
  Payment must be made via PagoPA system (the participant must request the payment notice from stefania.lazzeri@unipi.it or sara.cattani@unipi.it). In the email, please indicate: Name and Surname, date and place of birth (or organisation), Fiscal code, address, Email address.

Abstracts can be submitted exclusively through your personal mySICA area; you will need to sign up for an account to have access to this area.

The abstract submission deadline is 19 June 2022. The organisers will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations.

Abstracts (5000 characters, spaces included) should be written in English according to the template downloadable HERE .

The official language of the Congress is English. Beside abstracts, also oral presentations and posters should be in English.
